ITSM - Junior Incident Manager

Pick n Pay is offering an exciting opportunity in its Information & Technology Infrastructure Services team based at the Kenilworth Office Park in Cape Town. A Junior Incident & Problem Manager is needed to act as a central force in driving service restoration when issues occur. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning incident and problem resolution, working collaboratively across multiple departments to identify root cause, record, identify and resolve problems, and avoid incidents.

To qualify for this position, applicants must hold a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field or be studying towards a qualification, as well as have 3+ years relevant, demonstrable experience in a service delivery role.
